Eclipse Installer Network Problem. I've tried to install eclipse, but it's connected to the web page displaying the following error and i couldn't install it. Yes, it does require an active connection.

It Can Also Be Useful To Clear The ~/.Eclipse/Org.eclipse.oomph.setup/Cache Folder And Then To See Which Resource Have Been Downloaded And What Their Contents.
Much better than having to reinstall windows but the major hurdle i’ve had is that eclipse isn’t.
